frequently asked questions

How do classes work?

All sessions are small-group based and run for 45 minutes. Each session is designed to focus on technique, form, proper movement patterns, and age-appropriate strength and speed development. This ensures individualized attention in a motivating, team-like environment.

How much are sessions?

We offer monthly session packages. $100–$125 per month (Equivalent to $25 per session, depending on the number of sessions/month). You choose your day/time slot during sign-up and attend that session weekly. After we receive your registration we will send an invoice to your email via PayPal.

HOW MANY TIMES PER WEEk IS IDEAL?

We offer a 1x/week option to fit busy family schedules, but ideally, we recommend at least 2x/week for optimal progress in strength, speed, and movement quality. Consistent attendance is key. Athletes will see the most significant gains with 2 or more sessions per week.

What if I miss a class or have a scheduling conflict?

We get it—life happens! If your athlete has to miss a session - we’ll do our best to fit them in, keeping group sizes in mind.

  • Check the calendar for another group that week (even if it’s full).

  • Text us at 603-491-9056 with the class you’d like to attend as a make-up.

What ages do you work with?

We work with athletes ages 5 and up. Groups are generally organized by age and ability to ensure appropriate challenge levels and instruction.

What sports is this for?

All of them! Our training builds the speed, strength, coordination, and injury resistance needed for any sport—football, soccer, lacrosse, hockey, basketball, baseball, and more.

Can my child train even if they’re not INTO SPORTS?

Absolutely. We focus on building confidence, body awareness, and lifelong movement skills—beneficial for all kids, not just competitive athletes.

Do you offer private training?

We do not offer private 1-on-1 training at this time. However, if you have a small group interested in training together, please email us.
