frequently asked questions
How do classes work?
All sessions are small-group based and run for 45 minutes. Each session is designed to focus on technique, form, proper movement patterns, and age-appropriate strength and speed development. This ensures individualized attention in a motivating, team-like environment.
How much are sessions?
We offer monthly session packages. $100–$125 per month (Equivalent to $25 per session, depending on the number of sessions/month). You choose your day/time slot during sign-up and attend that session weekly. After we receive your registration we will send an invoice to your email via PayPal.
When will I see results?
We offer a 1x/week option to fit busy family schedules, but ideally, we recommend 2x/week for optimal progress in strength, speed, and movement quality. Consistent attendance is key. Athletes will see the most significant gains with 2 or more sessions per week.
What if I miss a class or have a scheduling conflict?
We get it—life happens! If you miss a class:
• Check the schedule to see if another group has availability that week.
• Send us a text to 603-491-9056 and we’ll do our best to fit your athlete into another session that week.
We aim to be as flexible as possible while keeping group sizes manageable for quality coaching.
What ages do you work with?
We work with athletes ages 5 and up. Groups are generally organized by age and ability to ensure appropriate challenge levels and instruction.
What sports is this for?
All of them! Our training builds the speed, strength, coordination, and injury resistance needed for any sport—football, soccer, lacrosse, hockey, basketball, baseball, and more.
Can my child train even if they’re not an athlete?
Absolutely. We focus on building confidence, body awareness, and lifelong movement skills—beneficial for all kids, not just competitive athletes.
Do you offer private training?
No, we do not offer private 1-on-1 training at this time. However, if you have a small group interested in training together, please email us.
